If you have an older Apple MacOS computer or an older Android phone, it is possible that it cannot connect to our email servers via the native "Mail" application or via the FairEmail application, for example.
Indeed, the application may display an error regarding the validity of the SSL certificate.
To resolve this issue, download the two files below and double-click on them.
This will add an additional root certificate to your MacBook and allow it to recognize our recent SSL.
When opening the files, your MacBook will open "Keychain Access," which is completely normal.
Once both files are opened, try reconnecting to your email on the Mail software of your MacBook; the connection should then be established.
On mobile, make sure to restart the phone after executing the two files.
