How to renew my subscription?

To renew your Ecomail subscription, follow these steps:

Log in to your interface https://mail.ecomail.earth/ if you haven't done so already.
Click on your logo at the top right of the interface, then on “Subscriptions”.

You will reach the subscription management page. To renew a subscription, click the "Renew" button:

If I renew my subscription before its expiration date, does it add 12 months from now or from the expiration date?

The renewal will add 12 months to your current subscription, so the expiration date will be the current expiration date + 12 months.
