This tutorial was created on an up-to-date iPhone 6.
Checking your emails on the go is super convenient. Your Ecomail inbox can be set up on your mobile phone. The following tutorial explains how to install your inbox on an iPhone.
On your iPhone, go to "Settings"
Go to "Passwords & Accounts"
Click on "Add Account"
Choose "Other"
Choose "Add Mail Account"
Fill out the form with your details. For address, enter your full Ecomail address.
Click on "Next."
On the new form, complete as follows:
Name: your name
Address: your Ecomail address
Description: your Ecomail address
Incoming server:
Hostname: imap-fr-par.ecomail.earth
Username: your full Ecomail address
Password: your Ecomail address password
Outgoing server:
Hostname: smtp-fr-par.ecomail.earth
Username: your full Ecomail address
Password: your Ecomail address password
Click "Next" at the top right
Your phone verifies your info, then shows you a page where you can choose to enable emails (by default) and notes.
Click "Save".
Your account is added!
You can now send and receive emails from the "Mail" app on your phone.
